Please send us the order with your cheque or card details, such as card number, expiry date and the last three digits on the signature panel, to Rupali Mail Order, 157 Green Lane Road, Leicester, LE5 3TQ. Kindly provide us the address where the credit card is registered, if different from the billing address provided.

Q. How do I make payments? |
|
|
|
A. You can pay for your order by using any of the following CREDIT or DEBIT cards:
VISA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH, SOLO and VISA ELECTRON & DELTA.
Cheques/Postal Orders should be payable to Veema UK Ltd. t/a Rupali. Goods shall be dispatched after cheque clearance, normally five working days after cheque deposit**
** (If cheque payment, kindly send us the cheque within five working days from the order date. Due to ever Increasing demand, we CANNOT RESERVE ordered goods for more than five days.)

Q. What do I do if I don't like the item or if something doesn't fit? |
|

A. Don't worry! If an item is unsuitable, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Please return the goods unworn and in good condition with a letter mentioning the order number. We do not provide a free return service. The reason being that we would need to increase the price of goods to cover the increased costs. You need to ensure that you get the proof of posting adequate insurance to cover the value of the returned goods.
If you would like to exchange your order with some other items or another size available, we would be glad to assist you, however a postal charge of £6.00 would be charged again. Jewellery box or other Jewellery items will neither be exchanged nor refunded due to hygienic reasons. The address for Exchange or Returns is 157 Green Lane Road, Leicester, LE5 3TQ. We aim to process your refund within 14 days from receipt into our warehouse.

Q. Why do you show products on the website or in the catalogue that are not available? And why do I have to wait so long after I order? |

A. Some goods sell much quicker than we anticipate but we try to record goods in time to satisfy demand. Unfortunately lead times are annoyingly long and therefore it is advisable to place your order early to avoid disappointment. Catalogues are printed way in advance so it is difficult to make late changes to stock information. Often we get more of an individual product. However this can take a few weeks. So please bear with us...

Q. How long does it take to deliver? |

A. We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order but please allow 4 to 5 working days for delivery. Delivery timings are between 9am to 5pm. Signature will be required on delivery.
